How to contact WhatsApp support in India?

Sometimes you may come across certain situations such as your WhatsApp account is banned or other issues with your WhatsApp account. At a time only WhatsApp support team can help you to restore your service.

If there is any issue with your WhatsApp account, you can approach WhatsApp support team in two ways. The most easiest method is already available in your WhatsApp application. To access the support feature in your WhatsApp mobile app, open WhatsApp on your phone.

Click the menu button, select settings from the popup menu. At the next window select “Help” from the available options. Here you can find “Contact Us” option. Once you tap the option, it asks for the brief details of your problem. You can get the problem screenshot along with description. Click the next button. Whatsapp automatically shows the frequently asked questions.

If you could find solution for your problem in the FAQ’s, you no need to send the support information to WhatsApp team. If there is no solution available there for your issue, you can select “This doesn’t answer my question” button from the bottom of the screen. Finally WhatsApp opens your default email client, by filling the WhatsApp customer support ID in the “To” field. Most of the times it also adds the system logs to evaluate the exact reason for the problem. WhatsApp sends a canned response in return to your mail.

The second method to approach WhatsApp support team is, by using their official website. You can open Contact Whatsapp webpage link in your browser. The page provides different contact details for individual and business users. You have to select the appropriate contact. Then you can submit the details about the issue with your Whatsapp account. You should remember one thing that Whatsapp doesn’t respond to every support mail. it only prioritise important mails.

5G smartphones consume 20% more power – Report Says

April 7, 2020 by computerera

5G consume 20% more power

5G is ready to be deployed by most of the telecom companies around the world. Phone manufacturing companies are releasing their flagship phones with 5G as the USP.

5G delivers higher transfer rates compared to the existing 4G networks. It indirectly accommodates new technologies like Augmented reality, virtual reality, and the internet of things. But the latest reports on 5G reveal hidden overhead associated with 5G networks. Smartphones require more power to use 5G. It means the battery may give less backup. As per the latest studies, 5G networks consume 20% more power compared to the existing 4G networks on mobile phones.

Every emerging technology has its own limitations in the initial period of its roll-out. The same thing applies to 5G also. The modems which are going to be incorporated in 5G smartphones are in their generation of evolution. They need to be developed in a more sophisticated way by optimising the various elements of the design. That’s why for few years 5G smartphones may give trouble on performance, or battery backup.

To address the power needs of a 5G smartphone, the phone manufacturing companies should find other ways to give more backup to the user. Some 5G models come with higher battery capacities, or other models may introduce powerful fast charging technologies which are helpful to charge the battery in a few mins.

It will take more time to settle down the standards of 5G in the industry. Later only we can enjoy the benefits of the technology. The present uncertainty in the world needs to be fixed, then only telecom advancements come into existence.
