July 4, 2016 by Satyapriya

Facebook-MLC_Still13-930x523[2]

Facebook which has been one of the major social networking sites and is being used by a lot of users everyday all over the world. It gives us the opportunity to post and share our feelings, thoughts with our friends. Until now it allows its users to post in various different languages. But now it has moved a step ahead and with its new tool it is going bring a great feature available to its users that allows them to translate their post into any language they want and share with their friends.

Facebook has made this step to make it available to its global audience and help them distribute their posts in any language that they want. According to Facebook, about 50 percent of its users are Non-English speaking people and to help them get over the most annoying communication problem over their posts with their friends Facebook had made this step.  It had developed its own tool that helps people in translating the post text.

This feature which is already available in the Facebook pages is now being introduced to individual users for their timeline. Using the simple method of machine learning, this tool reads the entire text in your post and then translates it entirely into the other language that you want.

It does not show up all the text to every user, instead it shows the translated language text that you have set up to all those people in Facebook who have their default language as the same language that you have translated.

As said earlier Facebook is one among the most popular social networking sites and in fact it occupies the first place and this quality of updating itself to the latest growing trends all the time is what has kept it in the top.

Apps that help you to save mobile data in your android device

June 30, 2016 by Satyapriya

As said in my previous article there are various settings in  the mobile itself that can help you to save your data and thus help you in saving money. Restricting your background data usage and setting a data limit can somewhat help you save your data.

But if you wish to be smart in saving data then you have various options of apps that you can download from Google Playstore that help you to compress your data.

Onavo Extend:

Once upon a time, this app used to be at the top for data compression and management, but now the developers shave given up on it and it hasn’t had any updates since a very long time. So it can only help you in saving a few megabytes. You can have it a try.

Opera Max:

This app is now the best in its category and can help a lot in compressing and saving your data for various popular apps like YouTube, Netflix and Spotify and many more. It has a very clean and modern interface which helps you to manage the data settings without having to worry about the various settings within your android device.

DataEye:

If you have an eye for fancy looking app, then this app will tickle you. This app is fancier than the Opera Max and has really great features for data saving and management which will help you to save your data. This app updates more regularly. It has the ability to grant data access for a particular app for a limited period of time.

Google Chrome:

Under the settings menu of this app, there is an option called Data Saver. But this will only help you to save data usage within the browser by compressing the websites you visit which is actually a good one that you should try with a very simple setting.

And all the various apps like Facebook, Instagram and Snapchat even have options to save data usage within them that you can setup and save the data usage.
