We use computers for many purposes. They may be work related purposes, entertaining purposes, or educative purposes, but anyway we are very much involved in using the computers.   • Now, after installing, just launch the application, you can find the simple interface and there are a lot of options available as well.
  • It even has different styles which you can select from
  • Select the folder colour that you wish to set, you can change the shade of the colour by changing hue and saturation
  • There is even a Random colour option available if you wish to have a random color to the folder
  • Then just press the colourize button to change the colours of the folders in your Windows PC
  • If you wish to get the default colour of the folders back, then just select the folders and select the decolourize option

Steps To Enable And Use The Tab Search Feature For Chrome Browser

On a regular web browsing, we usually open a lot many tabs in a single window. If your computer has enough RAM space to handle the tabs, then may be you can pretty easily open about half a dozen tabs all at once. However, the additional tabs feature is actually an addiction, once you get used to having these many tabs open all at once, then you may lose track of the one you need. Google, being aware of such issues have introduced a tab search feature on Chrome 87.

Steps For Enabling Tab Search Feature In Chrome Browser

  • For doing this, you will need Chrome Beta installed on your device, so head to this link and download Chrome Beta
  • Now after you are done with downloading and installation, open Chrome Beta on your computer
  • Now, head to the URL bar and type Chrome://flags and hit enter button
  • Then search for the ‘Tab Search’ feature
  • You get the results showed up, there enable the tab search feature by using the drop-down menu
  • Once you are done with enabling the feature, click on relaunch button and then the browser will restart
  • After the restart is done, you will find a drop-down arrow on the top tab bar. You just need to tap on the drop-down arrow to use the tab search feature
  • This will show you all the currently opened tabs in the window. This even allows you to search and switch between tabs easily and quickly

Learn To Share Your Android Screen With Others Using Google Duo

Google’s highly known video calling application Google Duo needs no introduction. Even though it is a less used video calling application compared to other popular video calling apps like Messenger, WhatsApp, it doesn’t lack powerful features. In fact, it is embedded with every feature that you would look for in a video calling application. It is not just a video calling app, it even allows you to share your screen to the people over the call to let them know what is happening on your phone. One thing to be noted is that the app’s screen share feature is available on all smartphones that are run on Android 8 or above.

Steps To Share Android Screen With Others

  • As a first step, you just need to head to the Google Play Store and update the Google Duo app to the latest version
  • Once you are done with updating the application, now it is time to open the app on your device
  • Now, you need to choose the person to whom you wish to video call
  • Then tap on the video call option to start the call
  • Once the call started, you will find a few options on the bottom of the screen. Tap on the button that has three stars in it
  • Now, you will get a list of options popped up, there you can find ‘Screen Share’, select it
  • A confirmation message will now pop-up, now simply tap on Start Now button to begin the screen casting
  • On the next screen, you can set and choose to share the audio from the apps on your device. So, as per your wish, either choose Don’t Share or Share Audio
  • You will see a red cast button on the status bar as you begin casting your screen
  • To stop screen sharing, open the video call screen and tap on Screen Share button again

That is it, now you are done with the setup. This is how you can share your screen using Google Duo.

Step By Step Guide For Enabling Extensions in Google Chrome Incognito Mode

  • As a first step, open your Google Chrome web browser on your PC
  • Then click on the ‘Extension’ option that can be found as an icon on the toolbar, then select ‘Manage Extensions’

Make sure you are running on the latest version of the Google Chrome browser as you will find this option in the latest version itself

  • Now Chrome’s extension page will open
  • Now locate the name of the extension that you would like to enable in the Google Chrome Incognito Mode. Then click on details
  • On the next page, just enable the option ‘Allow in Incognito’
  • Now, you can open the Incognito window and click on the extension icon. You will find the extension name there

How to send encrypted emails using Gmail

We would all have known about encrypted messages. The various popular messaging applications like WhatsApp and Facebook have introduced this encryption feature quite a long ago. But have you ever thought or wondered about having such a thing for emails? yes of course, it will be very much useful and safe for all those people who exchange sensitive information over emails.

Gmail, the most used mailing service needs this feature. As this service is not available as an inbuilt feature, one needs to add the extension from Chrome browser.

In the chrome browser’s web store search for the extension Secure mail for Gmail

And add this extension to your chrome browser.

This extension lets the user send encrypted emails where the data will be hundred percent safe.

Then just open your Gmail account and sign in using your mail id and password. Just beside the compose mail button, you will find another option with lock symbol in it, click on it and a box will open, type your message and enter receiver’s details and click on send. Now it will ask you to enter the encryption password which you need to enter and share with the receiver later as he/she needs this password to open that email received. That is it, you can now very easily send encrypted emails using secure mail.
