April 6, 2021 by Satyapriya

WhatsApp has been a sensation in recent times. It is a very popular messaging platform that has literally replaced the messenger service on our phones. It has been improving its features and services day by day and impresses its users a lot. But it still has got some drawbacks and the images sent through this platform will be compressed. This one is one of the drawbacks.  You can actually get over this problem and send uncompressed pictures on WhatsApp using some simple steps. Just go through them and try

One thing to note is that you should not be using the share option or send pictures using the file managers, but you should send pictures or share files using the paper clip icon inside the WhatsApp chat.

Just open the WhatsApp chat, then after tapping on the paper clip icon, select the document option, then it will show you the documents, don’t browse any document, just tap on the browse other documents option, and then you will be directed to the all files section in the file browser where you can search for the other files. Now here you can simply navigate to the place where you have the images that you would like to send and then simply select them and hit on the send button.

This process of sending pictures on WhatsApp doesn’t compress pictures at all. Send pictures as documents and they won’t be compressed at all.

You can also do this using the help of an application which you can’t find in the Google play store. This is basically the modified version of WhatsApp that is made by some third-party developers. It is YoWhatsApp.

All you need to do is just download the APK of the application, install it on your device, then configure it as you do on your WhatsApp. That is it, it YoWhatsApp will allow you to send uncompressed images.
