Most of the Laptops we purchase comes with OEM versions of original Windows operating system. But the free operating system is preinstalled.
Most laptop suppliers no longer supply a recovery disc with their products. Instead, they require you to create a recovery disc (RD), once you have the laptop running.
It is massively important that you do this as you don’t even get a copy of windows, so your RD will create that as well.
The frustrating thing about this is that you often don’t find out that you need to create the RD until it is too late.
