Facebook is trying to push more new features into the Messenger platform. We already know that a few days back Facebook rolled out Instant Video feature to all the users across the globe.

Now Facebook is adding the similar feature to Facebook Messenger application. With the new option, while chatting with each other Facebook friends can share their live video each other. The new option is entirely different from video calls which offered since 2015 for the Messenger users.

Facebook video calls are intended for longer durations. Those who what to share their thoughts and emotions depends on video calls. Whereas, the latest Instant Video feature works well whenever you want to share some quick real-life scenes. For example when are roaming around a movie theater and wish to share the surroundings with your friends then the latest option best suits you.

To use Instant video feature in chat conversations, you need to select video icon while you are chatting with your friend. Facebook these days pushing more resources on the video content to compete with Youtube. It started introducing various video related modification on both Facebook main app and Messenger app. Soon we can expect more innovative video orientated features on Facebook.
