Language translation apps are really great useful tools that can help you with the task of translating texts. Microsoft Translator is a popular one among them. It helps you in translating complex sentences. Many of the language translating applications require natural language processing and cloud-based machine learning algorithms for solving and translating the complex algorithms. Internet connectivity is a must for this kind of translations for many of the apps.
But we definitely wish to have this language translation feature offline right! Microsoft seems to have learned or known our requirement and have introduced this new version of the application which now allows the users to get the translation done without the need of internet.
But to enjoy this feature offline the users need to update their application to the new version and then they also need to download AI-powered translation packs that allow them to translate their texts even without the internet connection.
These offline translation packs are capable of providing high quality translation output. If the user is offline which means if they don’t have access to the internet connection, then the offline NMT language packs will be used for translating the text and if they have access to the internet, then text queries will be directed to Microsoft Translator service and then present them with the translated text.
Microsoft is currently testing this feature and this updated version of the application is still under preview and it will be soon available for the users to enjoy.
