If you are a great fan of the Google Chrome browser which is undoubtedly the most popular browser, then here comes the good news for you. Google has made it easier for the android chrome users to save the articles or web pages offline. To save offline, we used to make use of a third party application earlier. But with Google introducing the save offline feature in December 2016 making our problems less. Though it introduced that feature for the convenience of the users, it has not gained much popularity as it is not so friendly to use. But with the latest update to it made by the search engine giant, Google has made it again a topic to talk about for us.

Improvements:

  • The users can now just long press on any link that they wish to save rather than having to open it to download it offline.
  • Google Chrome now shows up an option saying download page later if you try to load some web page while you are offline. You can just tap on it and relax as Google will get back to you on the web page when you are online again.
  • You can see all the articles you have downloaded when you open a new tab page under the new offline badge.

To experience these new features you just need to update your Google android application.
