Airtel 1GB Rs. 49 – 90 Days plan Launched

September 23, 2016 by computerera

Airtel 1GB Rs. 49

Mobile data is becoming cheaper with the entrance of Reliance Jio into the Indian telecom industry. Bharati Airtel today launched an exciting plan which indirectly offers 1GB 4G data only for Rs. 49.80 paisa.

If you recharge with Rs. 1495, you will get 90 days Free 4G mobile data. But you need to remember that there is a FUP (Fair Usage Policy) cap in the available bandwidth. For 90 days you will be provided with 30 GB of 4G mobile data. If you crossed the limit, the speed would be throttled.

Airtel announced Mega Saver plans with one-year validity last month. By paying Rs. 1,498 for a year, you will be eligible for cheaper data rates i.e. 1 GB for Rs. 51 onwards.

The most recent Rs. 1495 plan is only available for those who are living in Delhi telecom circle. Soon it will be introduced to more telecom circles.

BSNL and Airtel are daily announcing new plans and strategies to compete with Reliance in the telecom industry. Soon we can hope Reliance also come with more attractive data plans once the freebies are expired.

The cost for 1GB indirectly decided by these players as Rs. 50 with various plans they started offering. Definitely, it is a good news for the Indian smartphone user who used to pay Rs. 255 for 1 GB of mobile data till now.

Rs. 1495 plan will be helpful for those who have larger data requirements for an extended period of time. Airtel planning to grab more money by offering higher volumes of data by charging heavy amounts.

Airtel 1 GB Rs. 4 only – with proof

September 8, 2016 by computerera

It seems that unhealthy competition between mobile operators started. Today Airtel came with a stunning offer that provides 1 GB Rs. 4 only, that too with 28 days validity. One of the friends from Bangalore confirmed this with the screenshot. He and his brother using the offer since two days. And the 1GB benefit is only 4G data, those who have 3G SIM can’t avail this offer.

After so many confirmations from various people living in Hyderabad & Bangalore, I concluded that the offer is official. This is the best offer available till now for any mobile subscriber in India And how long Airtel maintains this offer is in question. But the move clearly shows the rapid momentum taking place in Indian cell phone operators.

Reliance Jio started the war against other cell phone operators by providing cheap data rates and complete voice calls free. After that, BSNL came up with few plans. Now Airtel brought this.

Above is the screenshot that confirms the plan. But Airtel yet to confirm, based on the information we got from various sources we revealed this. It is not our responsibility if you failed to get this offer. We already provided the proof.

When we approached Airtel Customer Care people, they provided the following info:

This Airtel 4G RS.4 offer only for 4G handset support and sim Should be supported for 4G and Connection should be 4G location then only we can use this service in case if we are using in 3G connection mode main balance will be deducted.

Reliance Jio facing problem with other operators

August 18, 2016 by computerera

Reliance Jio facing problem

Reliance Jio is facing peculiar problem with other telecom operators like Airtel, Idea, Aircel, etc.,

Inter connection ports play a crucial role while connecting phone calls in between various networks. Every operator has to provide a certain number of ports to other operators to get phone calls from that particular network. But Reliance is not getting sufficient cooperation from other players in this regard.

As per the industry norms approx. 12,500 E1 ports needed for 22 million subscribers. But as of now, Reliance managed to get1,400 ports only. Reliance asked TRAI to look into the matter because the commercial launch of Reliance Jio is expecting soon.

On the other hand, Cellular Operators Association of India (COAI) is arguing that they provided more capacity than the required capacity to Reliance. They are stating, they offered ten times more capacity compared to the present customer base of Reliance. In their opinion, the calls drop and other issues now facing by Reliance are because of the Free calls and other benefits it offered to the customers.

It seems that there is a lot of unhealthy competition accumulated in between Reliance and other operators in India. TRAI has to set norms and solve these issues in between operators, otherwise, phone users will suffer.

Airtel offers up to 67% more data to the prepaid users

July 18, 2016 by computerera

airtel-data

Airtel announced new data tariff details for the prepaid users. The new mobile plans offer up to 67% more 3G/4G data compared to the data available right now.

Till now, those who recharge Rs. 655 per month are getting 3 GB 3G/4G mobile data. The same plan got revised, and it offers 5 GB mobile data with the new scheme. The volume of the increase is 67% in total.

If you are using Rs. 455 mobile recharge plan to get 2 GB of 3G/4G data per month, the latest revision offers you 3 GB of mobile data without any extra cost.

Smaller sachet data packs also got the hike in the data volume. Those who use Rs. 25 2G pack will get 145 MB of mobile data instead of 100 MB.

People already know the fact that Airtel is more rigid in offering extra benefits to the users compared to other mobile networks. The latest move from the Airtel clearly indicates that the company is feeling insecure with the Reliance strategies. We can expect more good news and better mobile traffic in the near future once the real fight in between mobile operators begins.
