You need to first get the application software Core Temp downloaded and installed on your device. This is a simple and pretty lightweight application that you can use for monitoring your CPU temperature.

After installing the application, then you just launch it and it will show you the information regarding your processor, and the temperature.

You can also set your customization in the application settings and just minimize the application. When you click on the system tray you will see the application icon and click on it to get the temperature information instantly.
