Samsung Galaxy Note 7 left a bitter experience for the Samsung & its fans. Exploding Samsung Galaxy Note 7 is because of the manufacturing defects in the batteries.
A few days back Samsung stopped shipping of Samsung Galaxy Note 7 units, taken back all the sold units from the customers and now the company again starting to release new units which perfectly working.
Samsung investigated the reason for the battery problems in the phablet and came up with few conclusions. Samsung found there is an issue in the cell equipped with the battery. Anode and cathode in any battery need to be always separated, if they came close each other and had a direct contact, then the explosion happens.
Unfortunately, with Samsung Galaxy Note 7 the same thing happened. Electricity travels through anodes and cathodes as an energy flow. Both of the energy points must be separated to avoid direct contact with each other. We can treat them as the negatives and positives in our regular language. We all know that if we touched the positive wire with negative wire, then it causes spikes.
To meet higher demands from the customers, companies like Samsung depend on the third-party manufacturers for battery supplies. The latest incidents arose because of the poor quality checking at the battery manufacturer’s place. Samsung corrected all the problems and soon starts shipping of the fresh stock of Galaxy Note 7.
