Google Pay has removed from the App Store

October 26, 2020 by computerera

Google Pay has removed from the Apple App Store

Google Pay has evolved as a popular payment application particularly in India. It has major market share in UPI transactions. The application has removed from Apple app store right now.

It’s not the decision taken by Apple. Google itself removed the application to fix a technical Glitch. the same thing has happened on Google’s own Google Play Store also a few weeks back. Many users who were tried to download it from Play Store had complained the non availability of the App at that time.

Coming to the app store issue, Google pay said that the application will reappear on Apple App store soon. As per the information, “Computer Era” got from trusted sources revealed that, there was a serious technical issue with the existing package. To resolve the issue, Google has pulled down the existing application on Apple app store.

The removal of the application not only affects the new downloads from App Store, those people who have already installed Google pay on their iPhones, iPads may come across some failed transactions. So it’s better to avoid Google pay transactions for a moment until Google bring back Google Pay application on to the App Store. When such things happen, particularly with payment applications users become panic about their transactions and bank account associated with that payment application. Here you must understand, it’s not a security issue. So No need to worry about it.

How To Try Android Paid Apps On Google Play Store For Free

March 31, 2020 by Satyapriya

Google Play store has a huge collection of apps with more than 2,00,000 apps in it. While a lot of the applications are available for free download, there are also some paid apps which you need to purchase before having to check them out.

How To Try Paid Apps

Amazon runs a parallel store where you can get the chance to actually try them before buying.

But the best way where you can try the apps in the Google Play store is just buying them and then returning them for the full refund. Here is how you can do that

  • Go for any app that you might want to try either from your desktop or from your Android device and just buy that app by paying for it
  • After downloading and installing the application, you can go and check it out for the next 10-12 minutes
  • After you are finished with checking out the application, just head to the android market, then go to My Apps, then select the app which you want to have a refund for
  • You can find a refund button there which you can just hit and find the app automatically uninstalled from your device
  • After the uninstall has been done, it will ask you for the reason of returning the application, check ‘I’d rather not say option here’ and the app amount will be refunded

Thus refunding option in the Google’s app market can be helpful to us like this. But there are a few important things which you need to remember while doing this refund process

  1. The refund time of an app is only up to 15 minutes after you download it from the Google play store, after 15 minutes the refund option will be disappeared
  2. The refund option works only one time, if you have refunded the app once, you won’t get the option to refund even after you uninstall and reinstall the app

Thus this is the best trick where you can try paid apps.

Google play store is one such a location for all the android users where they can find lots of android applications and get them downloaded on their android devices. The various android applications can be utilized for various purposes, tap on it and go to them. But not every application in the android play store is available for free. We usually don’t wish to purchase applications and mostly get the works done with the free applications, but you can also be able to purchase apps as you can get free google play credits. So, we will be presenting you the process, just follow these steps.

Basically, the method is quite simple and you will be required to use different applications for getting the free credits.

First, you need to install the application Google Opinion Rewards  on your device, you can get this app from the play store. Once installed, you need to go through the initial setup process of the app. Then after configuring the app, you will get the surveys which will help you in getting reward points.

Then configure the app settings and let the app be aware of the play store interaction and survey opinions, and thus will let you get the reward points.

Then go to the device settings, apps and then select the Google opinion rewards app, tap on it and go to the permissions option. Grant all the permissions for the application. Make sure no permission is disabled.

Certain apps that are running in the background may prevent this app from working, you need to stop them to let it work.

The location services in your device should also need to be enabled. You should also need to enable the location services history in play store by going to playstore settings accounts and privacy, then google location history, then enable it.

With the above things, you are just done with the setup and you will now need to check surveys in the google opinion rewards.   You will get free google play credits as you participate in the surveys.

How to toggle Screen On Off by waving your hand on your Android phone?

July 19, 2016 by computerera

Pressing the power button on your phone whenever you want to screen off or screen on is a tedious task.

You can minimize the usage of power button by following the instructions I explained in this video demo. The Android app I demonstrated in this video helps us to turn screen on simply by waving over the proximity sensor of our Android phones.

It keeps the screen on when we are using it by detecting motion, tilt angle, accessing notifications, while in call and while charging whatever criteria we want to follow.
