You Can Now Recharge Your Prepaid Phone from Google Search

With the new feature from Google, it has now become easier to recharge prepaid mobiles here in India. You can recharge your prepaid SIM cards right from Google Search on your Android smartphone. The mobile operators that are in support of Google as of now include Airtel, Vodafone-Idea, Jio, and BSNL.

There are plenty of ways to recharge your phone’s prepaid plan and some of them are USSD codes, official apps, and bank clients. But Google thinks it can do better, and it’s now bringing another way to top up your plan in India.

The company has announced the ability to browse for and purchase prepaid phone plans via Google Search on Android.

To use the feature, you need to just perform a Google search query. It can be something like “Prepaid mobile recharge” or “SIM recharge”. In doing so, you will see a “Mobile Recharge” section in the search results where you get the option to enter your mobile number, operator, and circle.

When you are done with filling in all the details in the fields, you need to tap on Browse Plans button to view the available plans. Similar to dedicated mobile recharge applications, you will be shown the popular, full talk time, 4G/3G/2G data, special recharge, roaming, top-up, and recommended plans in their respective sections.

You can further choose and browse the options accordingly and get the recharge done.

A new speed test tool available in Google search now

We should all be very much thankful to the search engine giant Google as it always keeps on introducing new and useful features to its users and excites them making their browsing experience much better.

The tech giant has its very personal and own fiber internet service with the name Google Fiber. However, Google Fiber project doesn’t take off well and is now almost ready to get out of the market.

But very recently Google search has made a very simple to use speed test tool right on the top of the search results. It is the basic urge of the internet users that they would like to know the speed of their internet connection. Speed test by Oakla is the most widely and popularly used speed test tool. But this recent tool from Google has made the task of the internet users much easier. All you have to do if you wish to use this new tool is just search using the term speed test in the Google search. And the first result show up there on the screen is the new speed test and you can find an option with run speed test there, just click it to run the test and then it will present you with the results.

This feature is spotted very recently and Google is still testing this feature, so don’t be disappointed if you don’t find this feature.

Google searches now get queued when you are offline

Google the most popular search engine has recently introduced a new update that allows the users to queue up the searches even when they are offline. Google search app has been the most popular search choice for searching the internet for the android users as it is available by default with almost all the android phones.

If the users search for something on the internet and there is no internet connection, then Google automatically saves the searches in the pending option. It is very useful for the users who are in the areas with very slow internet connection or with no internet at all.

The searches done at the time of absence of the internet will be automatically queued by Google and it will present the users the results when the internet is available. The Google search app works in the background and searches for the things you want to find as soon as it gets access to the internet and delivers results to the user.

So, the app will now let you queue your searches when you are offline.

All you need to do to avail this feature is just update your Google search app to the latest version. This feature is currently available to android users only.

This feature doesn’t drain your battery and don’t be worried about that.

Book cab online using Google search

The search engine giant Google has announced that the users will now can easily book cabs of companies Ola and Uber directly from the Google search app.

With the newly introduced feature users can easily search for directions and then book cab from the search. Booking a ride like this will be more convenient for the users and save a lot of their time.

When the user search for a particular ride on Google app or search, then it will direct users to select a service and then it will take them to the particular app they, or if they don’t, it will prompt and send them a link to download the app from the Playstore.

As many of you may have known this feature was already introduced in Google maps earlier this year and now it has entered the Google search. Thus users can now book Ola and Uber cabs right from the search app.

Users can easily order, explore and compare for the best services right from the Google search. If you are also one user among those who book cabs in Ola and Uber regularly, then this new feature will benefit you and going to help you a lot.

I have already mentioned some through my previous article about some amazing and cool things you can do in Google, and now here in this piece of article, I am going to tell you some surprising things that you can do on Google search.

Super Mario Bros:

The first among the many surprising things you may find on Google is a nostalgic one. 90s kids will know the joy of playing the super Mario Kids and they absolutely love the sounds in the game them warm and cozy. You can bring them from any computer. Just search with the keyword “super Mario bros and then press enter , in the side of the results page, you can find the info card where a blinking question mark card will be there, clicking it will give you the cozy and warm feel and take you back into your childhood.

Searching with the keyword “blink html” will make the word blink to blink anywhere on the screen.

Festivus:

Searching with the keyword “festivus” on the Google search will place a festivus pole on the left side of the page.
