Reliance Jio DTH

Whatever the technical issues with the Reliance Jio, one thing is clear Jio created a big sensation in the Indian telecom industry. Other operators like BSNL, Airtel, Idea announced attractive plan after the Reliance Jio arrival. Now Reliance Jio eyed on DTH services with innovative features.

Reliance Jio will offer STB (Set Top Box) which runs on Android operating system with few preinstalled apps and games to its subscribers. The STB connects to the nearest Reliance Jio tower through A CPE device and provides both the broadband and DTH TV services to the customer. Unlike other DTH services like Airtel, and Tata Sky, you no need to purchase STB with recording facility to get the favorite programs recording. Does Reliance Jio Rs. 27,718 Bill real or fake?

November 24, 2016 by computerera

Reliance Jio Rs. 27,718 Bill

There are a lot of rumors circulating about Reliance Jio SIM since a long time. Reliance Jio existing users are becoming panic with the latest rumor about a massive bill of Rs. 27,718 for a Reliance Jio customer. People fear that they may also get such type of bills for their Reliance Jio unlimited usage.

A user named Ayunuddin Mondal who lives in Kolkata got the bill as per the image circulating on Facebook and Whatsapp. The bill seems real with the Reliance Jio logo on the top side of the bill. He has to pay Rs. 27,718 before 20th Nov 2016, otherwise Rs. 1,100 additional late payment fee will be added to the total bill due.

The phone number mentioned on the bill is 7003324437. I tried to contact the phone number, but it always switched off. So finally I approached Reliance Jio regarding the matter. Reliance Jio clarified that they are not charging single paisa for the unlimited usage at present and they treated the news as a fake one and requested people to don’t trust the fake news circulating on the internet.

So as a Reliance Jio user you no need not worry. As per the sources, other telecom operators are creating such rumors on Reliance Jio to defame the company in the consumer’s minds. So be aware of the false information.

Now International call is Only Rs. 1.4 with Reliance Global Call

November 19, 2016 by computerera

International call charges reduced a lot with the Reliance Global call application from Reliance Communications announced today. The application offers international calls starting from Rs. 1.40 per minute.

To avail the offer you no need to change your existing SIM. The entire calls will be managed through a dedicated mobile application named as RGC application. And one more good news is you can dial the international numbers directly, no need use any toll free number or PIN number.

In the era of free WhatsApp, Facebook video and audio calls how far the application succed is a big question. Right now without any additional international plan one has to pay approximately Rs. 16 per minute to the US numbers. The decisions and the plans introduced by Reliance Communications in the recent past will change the total outlook of Indian telecom industry.
