It seems that Samsung accidently or purposefully revealed the Samsung Galaxy S8 phone in the latest video ad about AMOLED panel displays.
It is already confirmed that Samsung Galaxy S8 is not equipped with Home Button. The interesting thing is, the smartphone used in the below video ad is also avoided Home button.
