The Android operating system is undoubtedly the most popular operating system ever. It has the highest number of users among all the other operating systems. This may be because of its easy user interface or the kind of features it offers and also mostly the affordability. However satisfied the Android users may be with the features of the Android devices, they always feel some lack of some cool and most required features. So, today we are going to put here some of the really cool features Android lacks.

Unlike the iPhone, Android doesn’t have a cool inbuilt screenshot taking tool. Every Android device allows the users to capture screenshots in different was but the Android device doesn’t actually support an inbuilt screenshot tool that allows the users to instantly edit the screenshots taking which can be considered as one of the most required features.

Screen recording is yet another very popular feature. But sadly the Android users have to depend on the third-party applications to get that task of the screen recording done and the Android doesn’t support a native screen recording tool

Learn To Capture Screenshots In Google Chrome Without Any Extensions

There are a lot of different ways for capturing your desktop screen of the web pages on your Google Chrome browser. You can make use of the very old print screen key option, or even capture the screen using a windows snipping tool or any other third party applications of your choice. There are also different Chrome extensions for taking screenshots.

Google Chrome includes a built-in screenshot tool, but it’s a bit hidden. You’ll first enter two sets of keyboard shortcuts, then enter a command to capture a full-page screenshot of any web page.

But very few people know that Google Chrome is actually capable of taking screenshots. It has the built-in capability to screen capture your desktop without the help of any third party application or extension.

  • Open any web page using the Chrome browser
  • Then go to Settings>Developer Tools or you can just simply press the F12 key

  • You can see a pop window open
  • Click on the device toolbar icon and you can observe that icon turned into blue
  • Now come back to the web page without closing the pop-up window
  • Select the device from the list of devices available there
  • Set the zoom to 100%
  • You can click the rotate button if you wish to change the orientation

That is it, you are now all done with the setup and here is how you can capture the screen

  • You can see a three dot icon on the right side of the webpage, click on it
  • Click on show device frame option to enable it
  • Now finally you can just click on the capture screenshot option from, the same menu, which will save a screenshot of the device in PNG format.

Chrome will automatically download the full page. From here, crop as needed to get the image you need. Capture pictures from Chrome when you need.
