Google, the search engine giant tracks everything that you do in t. If you think it may forget, then you are wrong. It keeps track of everything that you do with it. The information that it keeps track of may include your Google searches, watched YouTube videos and browses. But don’t worry it even allows you to control the information that you have in your account. Voice search using Ok Google is very much popular and it is very easy to use and one doesn’t have to type to search for something on the internet and it makes it convenient for the users to search like this.

But have you ever thought that Google will have a track of everything you search using your voice? Yes, it does have a record of everything that you browse using voice search.

Ok Google has been the most prominent features of the Android smartphones since the last few years and this feature has made people’s lives easier. But using a simple step, you can stop Google having a record of your voice searches. Here are steps you need to follow.

  • You need to go to the My Activity page and then sign in to your account.
  • Then you can find Activity Controls option on the left side. Click on it
  • There you can find the option Voice and Audio activity. Under that option click on Manage Activity, if you want to have a look at all the audio searches that you did using your Gmail account.

Or else you can just toggle the switch and it will open a dialogue box where you need to click on turn off. That is it. You are done with settings. This simple setup will thus allow you from stopping Google from tracking the voices you search using the Google voice search after the Ok Google command.

How To Use YouTube’s Voice Search Feature While Casting To Smart TV

But now you can now search for videos with your voice on YouTube mobile even while you’re casting to a bigger screen. The Google-owned platform has announced the feature, which works on both iOS and Android devices. Here we present you the process of doing a voice search feature on your smart TV.

Steps For Controlling Your Smart TV Using Your Android’s Voice Search

  • As a first step, you need to open the YouTube app on your android device. Both your TV and Android device must be connected to the same Wi-Fi.
  • Now, tap on the Cast button at the top right corner of the android screen.
  • Now the YouTube app will be launched in your connected smart TV.
  • Then, you can just click on the microphone icon present at the bottom of the screen in the YouTube application in your android device. The red color microphone icon is the one you need to click on for voice searching YouTube Videos on your smart TV.
  • You can use the android device as a smart control device for your television. You can search using voice and the results will appear on your television screen. Navigate buttons will also appear on the device which you can use to navigate among the results and play them on the television.
