Remap the Printscreen button:

Under the start menu type snipping tool in the search bar and you will see the snippig tool when you click on it a small window will be opened, where there will be some buttons, and when you click on the new button, the cursor will turn into a plus icon where you can select the particular area that you want a screenshot for.
