But this move has made Snapdeal think in a different way which allows the public to shop with Snapdeal without any problems even during these days.
To ensure the convenience of the customers after the ban of the 500 and 1000 currency notes, this online ecommerce company has made available a new payment method for its customers. And that method is the WoD (Wallet on Delivery).
This feature as it is said is a digital replacement to the existing CoD (Cash on Delivery) option. COD will not be a useful method for the customers until the new notes come into circulation and usage, so the Snapdeal which has been thinking of introducing this method since an year made this move immediately after the ban of the notes which shows their speed to execution to meet consumer needs.
This new WoD (Wallet on Delivery) feature by FreeCharge will allow the customers to purchase various products in the online website and they can pay digitally using the balance in their FreeCharge account at the time of receiving the product.
This new payment feature is made available to the customers from 10th November, 2016 and is said to be extended to the customers all over the country gradually.
