Why you need to reinsert removable Drives?

After copying data we eject removable drives like USB flash drives, external hard disks. Immediately they disappear from Windows Explorer. Even though it’s already connected to that USB port physically, We must remove the drive from USB port and reinsert it in order to get it working. In this video I discussed about this. Carefully listen the logic behind this issue.
