Microsoft latest operating system Windows 8 designed to boot only in 5-8 seconds. Usually we habituated to wait 1 to 2 mins for previous versions of Windows like XP, Vista, Windows 7 etc.
But Microsoft mimimized boot time by improving kernal files loading. Whenever we shutdown Windows 8, important kernal files of the operating system became hibernated. All those files are stored in the Hard Disk as single file. If we try to boot Windows those hibernated files loads faster than previous versions.
In this video demonstration I practically showed how fast Windows 8 startup screen got displayed. Stay tuned for next videos in “Windows 8 Classroom Series”.
